Dr. Al-Falahe is an internationally renowned Neurophysiologist and Psychiatrist with a robust academic and clinical background across diverse cultural settings, including Sweden, UK, and the Arabic culture. Dr. Al-Falahe began his medical career after graduating with a Bachelor of Medicine and Surgery, initially working in family medicine. His passion for understanding the human brain led him to Sweden, where he earned his PhD with a thesis on Brain Perception during Learning. He specialized in Psychiatry at Huddinge Hospital, a part of the Nobel Institute. Since 1999, Dr. Al-Falahe has held several prestigious positions, including Consultant at a world-leading center for Bipolar Affective Disorders in Stockholm, Honorary Consultant at the Department of Psychiatry at Oxford University, and lead consultant for a multidisciplinary team at St George’s University Hospital, London
Dr. Al-Falahe’s research primarily explores the impact of stress on well-being, focusing on how it contributes to anxiety, panic attacks, depression, and manic episodes.
